今日こそ、全問正解を目指し、10位以内に入ろうと頑張ったがまたも1問不正解となった。 しかし記事そのものが面白かったので結果としては満足している。
お伝えしている通り、現在わたしはAdvanced Levelに日々挑戦している。
これまでデモなどで利用することがあったので、Basic Levelに設定していたのだが、先日からAdvanced にチャレンジ。
実はBEProは中級のIntermediate, Advancedの上位二つのレベルには日本語のサポートが全くない。まさに、海外の受講生でも十分にチャレンジできる内容になっている。 Beginning と Baiscレベルでしっかり英文に慣れたら早めに日本語を排除した学習に切り替える事は重要だと思う。 時間に余裕がある受講者は、仮にBasic Levelであったとしても是非、中級、上級の記事や問題にも面白い記事ならば挑戦した方がよい。 このコースは、自分のレベル以外の３レベル全てが学べるように設計されているからだ。 ただし、評価は自分のレベルの履修が最優先になるようにシステムは組まれている。
それから、Pre-Readingのセクションは、上級レベルだと非常に考えさせられる事柄が列挙されている。 例えば以下は三木谷氏の記事当日のPre-Reading Partだ。

- Under the thumb is an idiom that means to be completely controlled by somebody, in this case, the authorities.
