流れは以下の通り。
- 朝起きたら、DowBEの音声を4レベルともNormalスピードでmp3にてダウンロードする。
- 次に、それをSony Walkmanに入れる。（通常音楽はiphoneで聴いているが、語学なのでwalkmanを選ぶ）。
- 通勤電車に座り、キングジムのpomera-100を開き、Advanced Levelの音声をWalkmanで聴く。
- 分かってもわからなくても音を頼りに、ディクテーション（聞き取り）をポメラ上で行う。
- 最後に書いたものを自分宛にメールで送る。
