Rush, directed by Ron Howard, is a biographical film on the rivalry between Formula One racers James Hunt of England and Niki Lauda of Austria in the 1970s.
Howard has built upon this historic rivalry to present a convincing account that is both dramatic and real. In an accident in 1976, Lauda was critically injured, and this incident helped Hunt and Lauda develop an unlikely friendship.
