また、昨年末の金正日の死後、中国式経済改革を進める責任者の
張成沢・金敬姫夫妻が、金正恩の摂政役として新体制をつくり、北朝鮮は中国の
傘下で安定化していく流れが定まったわけです。
今年末に行われる韓国大統領選挙と、その後の韓国新政権の就任を待って
北朝鮮をめぐる６カ国協議が再開される、というのが大方の見方です。
長期的には、
1)南北対話
2)米朝和解
3)北の核廃棄
4)在韓米軍撤退
とういう流れが予想されます。
それで気になるのは拉致問題です。
拉致問題は０２年の小泉訪朝時に金正日が謝罪したのに対し、遺骨を
ＤＮＡ鑑定しても本人特定できないのに、日本政府が「もらった遺骨をＤＮＡ
鑑定したらニセモノだった」と言って北朝鮮側を怒らせたところで止まっているのです。
北朝鮮は、拉致問題を解決して日本から援助金をもらうという構想を
描いているいると思いますが、日本政府は北朝鮮を敵視して対米従属を続けた方が
良いと思っているので、拉致問題を解決する意志がないとも言えます。
今後は、日朝間で拉致問題を解決しようという政治的な合意が水面下で取り交わされ、
北朝鮮側が再び謝罪し、日本側がそれを受けいれて問題が解決したことを認めるという流れで、解決していくのではないでしょうか。
